USB mouse randomly stops working on Debian Jessie

Sometimes it works, other times it doesn't (the cursor doesn't move). I don't know why. Don't know what do to to fix this as I'm new to Linux. I know it's not a problem of the mouse because I changed port and I also tried another mouse and there is the same problem. Does anyone know how to fix this?
My kernel version is 3.16.0-4-amd64.
