Need for some guide on low budget pc building

Plse suggest on how to build a good gaming rig under 700-750$. Since price for components for high end pc building is quite high here..  

I am a big cs go fan but can't play good enough due to low FPS and other poor stuff,  need for an immediate upgrade.

If you want go extra cheap, you can find old Xeons and a 775 mobo for like $55.

Or if you can spend a bit more, a X5680 six core for about $50 and an X58 board to go with it.

They're still decent for gaming.

 

See Aliexpress if you can;t find them at a good price locally.

@ibabyslapper is right. 

Buy used parts. You get way better value for money. Id recommend an X58 Xeon and gtx1060/ RX 580/ GTX 970/ Rx 570.  

Custom pinewood case, Corsair CX 600W, Rampage 3 Extreme, i7 980x (@4.2ghz) with ML240 Cooler,  MSI GTX 970, 24gb DDR3, 240gb OCZ Tr150 SSD + 2Tb Seagate Baracuda. 

 

Advocate for used/older hardware. Also one of the resident petrol heads.

older xeons are socket 771 i believe.

and nowadays you can get pretty good deals on socket 1366 xeons. i have a machine on that platform (see signature) which cost me only €150 in total to build.

Most sellers on online sites have those 771 xeons modded to work on 775 mobos, so they'll work on a consumer board

yes, if you have bios support for them. and since it's a "mod" that's pretty rare i believe.
