hi guys my  CROSSHAIR VI HERO not working no more and i cant find any proof of purchase how can i get it fix form the uk?

Where was it purchased? The outlet should be able to reprint/resend proof of purchase (in most cases).

the other month and i didnt order it online i went to the shop,and can i not get it fix from asus ?

go back into shop and they should be able to find a record of it on their system

You'll need some proof of purchase for asus to even look at you board. Did it work initially?

Almost never. Maybe if the shop is low volume and has electronic billing, but otherwise its like finding a needle in a whole hayfarm. (I've worked in retail, its hard enough to find a receipt form two days ago let alone one month)

when i went into a fairly popular store they just asked the card number and roughly when i bought it.

if you used a credit card can you get it from your statement maybe? just throwing it out there. I would think the store would be able to pull up the purchase since each board has it's own serial number. not sure how the store you purchased from tracks sales.
