What is the best motherboard for gaming and overclocking and is reasonably affordable and has cool aesthetics like RGB or armor and has very good ports and a good bios etc?.

Gigabyte's Designare boards are some of the most beautiful ones I've seen, absolutely stunning.

 

They generally have 6 USB 3.0, and have Thunderbolt 3 support.

 

ATX form factor, sockets LGA 1151, chipsets Z170, Z270, X99, and even one for X399

Good board aside from the whole "Gigabyte" thing.

 

ASUS Strix boards tend to be high performers and extremely flamboyant.

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.

I am personally a huge fan of ASUS's ROG line. The ROG Maximus Hero is a great "entry level premium board" as I call it, a high performing board without high cost. If you can afford it, and they offer it in your socket, the Maximus Extreme is probably my favorite board if you're doing a custom loop, or the Formula if you're not.
