Please help me out for an everyday work laptop, under $700 with touch display...

Maybe with a decent GPU

Hey Anshul, it is very hard to find a good laptop with touch display and that under $700. However, there are some laptops with dual functionality. I would honestly recommend you to keep your expectations low regarding the display quality of the cheap laptop. Whereas, there are some best laptops under $700 https://listfolks.com/best-laptops/  that perform very well and are good to go for basic usage. Hope that you would get good performance out of the budget laptop. Cheers!
