Need Feedback Entry Level Build

Alright, probably my last-ish computer build for my first computer. I am an iMac person, so most of this stuff is new to me, I just want some feedback. I’m going for a white and aluminum theme for my whole desk, and I want to keep the price around $1000-$1500, but the cheaper the better. Also any suggestions for case lights, or desk lights that are RGB or Blue are greatly appreciated. Also any cheap white and black gaming chair links would be nice.

 Thx in advance~!

I would get used GTX 1070 instead. Everything else looks good.

I don't question the storage, you must have your reasons.

M.2 is good and fast. Samsung or WD either one should be fine.

I'd get 1400 or 1600 at best, OC it to 1500X speeds and wait for Zen 2. Motherboard replacement will not be necessary.

Nah, 1400. 4 cores 8 threads is enough for now, and the CPU is cheap. Upgrading later will be easy.

Yeah, in fact I do, I might even need to get an external 4TB Hard-Drive, I do a lot of filing and editing for videos. How’s this for a SSD? https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00LMXBOP4/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1509140459&sr=8-1&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=samsung%2Bssd%2B256gb&dpPl=1&dpID=412M8LGGfrL&ref=plSrch&th=1&psc=1

swap for this ssd for the same price slightly better specs and honestly just better reputation.

That poor 580. Ultrawide 1080 with 144hz, too bad Vega 56's arent easily available for 399.   You could easily justify that 100 bucks.

I don't even know why I'm an ASUS fanboy...but I am.
