Need Help with Specs for First Build!

Can anyone help me with the cheapest specs for a pc able to run games 1080p, 60fps, 100hz refresh rate, and ultra high settings?

 

My Budget is 800$ and i live in the US.

 

I also need a Mouse, Headphones, and a Monitor.

So 60fps 100hz??? please clarify. Also, what is your budget, just a baseline minimum-maximum

g4560, 8gb ram, 1050ti or 1050, and an ssd. pretty simple. that is for usd about 500 or so. Maybe buy used?

or g4400 if u need to save on cash and 1050 isnt bad either. if you gpu budget is low get a used hd7870 or something maybe a 960/r9 290 idk what their prices are but 960 is on par with 1050ti. GTX 780 and 770 are good performers if you get a good price

60fps and 100hz is contradictory

you need to run games at 100fps to be able to take advantage of a 100hz monitor
