Don't post here much, would love some help as to why my monitor has random red and green pixels on certain parts of the screen

 

Specs

CPU - i3 6100

GPU - ASUS GTX 750ti

MOBO - Gigabyte H110M-H Ultra Durable Micro ATX

RAM - cheapo 8GB DDR4 ram

PSU - Corsair VS450

The lines in the middle or the green on the side? The green is part of Geforce Experience I think.

the green line in the middle aswell as the green, yellow and red pixels on the right appear on videos, images and in games
