Used GTX 1070

I found an ad for a used gtx 1070 in excellent condition. Would there be a less performence since it was used for 4-6 months? Or would it perform the same

Performance degradation itself isn't really a concern, in fact Linus did a video on that a while back. However, there's still a risk that there's something wrong with the card if you're buying it used.

The guy said it was excellent condition as he didn’t plays as many games and didn’t game for a while it was made by ASUS

Yes he said he doesn’t game any more so he doesn’t need it so he is selling it

Technically no, it just means that a lot of stress was put on the card so it might cause it to have issues sooner/be further along towards the end of its lifespan. It's highly debated whether or not buying used mining cards is okay. It's really up to you. Nobody really has proof of how mining affects long term lifespan that I'm aware of.
