If that Mo has customization just download the program or the driver you will find in its page support and there with its software you should be able to do it.

What graphics card and cooler do you have? If the manufacturer says you can customize your gpu through their software you can, your mobo doesnt have to be compatible. For your cpu cooler however, if it's an AMD wraith, your board has to have an RGB header, you can check if it has one by looking into the manual for ex.

Umm... the 1600 doesnt come with an rgb fan, if it only has on cable going to it thats your fan connector which doesnt power any leds but the fan on the cooler. Your gpu however, if it is a G1 gaming your should be able to config the leds on it in the gigabyte software called xtreme engine, if it is a windforce, I doubt it even has leds. my gtx 1080 windforce does NOT have leds. lel. does it glow? then get xtreme engine installed.

Then you wont be able to do any lighting effects. But to make your pc glow you can install any 5050 rgb led stripe and cut it down to your preferred size and for it to illuminate your case nicely and connect it to a led stripe controller. you can then make a connector for it to attach it to your powersupplys 12v rail being careful to not mess anything up
