you don't absolutely need a 650W power supply you would be fine with 500 if you're looking to save a couple bucks

$40 over budget, but with a 1070 and a 250GB SSD. I know you're going to be gaming at 1080p, but at what framerate? You could get a 1060 6GB, and get nicer components elsewhere.
