would this be 200fps+ at 1080p gaming

You're paying approx $350 more for the chance of getting a better OC. Compared to getting 1600 with stock cooler and a $70 B350 mobo. Makes zero sense to me.

Drop that cooler and get something like the Noctua NH-D15 SE-AM4. It will do about 98% as well on cooling for half the price. As @amdpro said, that motherboard is overkill and is eating way too much of your budget. You can get by with a pretty basic Asus motherboard or something. With what you save from that you can up the graphics card to a 1070 or 1080 and you will get significantly improved FPS.

Well there's what PCPP says; you should get yourself a CPU cooler since the 1600x doesn't come with one.

You don't need RGB memory.

I'd recommend a higher capacity HDD to store things for long-term.

Want to know which mobo to get?

Spoiler

Choose whatever you need. Any more, you're wasting your money. Any less, and you don't get the features you need.

Only you know what you need to do with your computer, so nobody's really qualified to answer this question except for you.

a 1060 isn't gonna play games well at 144hz 1080p, so get one 240-500gb ssd and 1tb hdd, cut down on fans and get a gtx 1070/1080 instead.
