Help identifying this card from picture

The fact that it's a small GPU which along with the fact that it's a 4GB card (assuming the seller is truthful and accurate) will help narrow down your search.

 

Maybe ask the guy what the specific model the card is

Because this is a 100% fake product I suggest you flag the advertisement and get your local trading standards involved as selling fake/counterfeit goods is illegal, if trading standards do take action the person that advertised this PC could fined, put into prison or both.
