Help identifying this card from picture

While browsing a Facebook group, I stumbled across someone selling a "gaming pc". I'm curious if anyone can help me identify the GPU by the picture alone? It's described as a "4 gig Nvidia Graphics Card". No other details provided.

There are only a few things you can find from that picture:

The company that put the fan on it.

The fact that it's a small GPU which along with the fact that it's a 4GB card (assuming the seller is truthful and accurate) will help narrow down your search.

 

Maybe ask the guy what the specific model the card is

Is there any price price point given for the Whole PC? and Whaat about the CPU? Does it have that named?

It's a fake card. 

 

It is labeled as a ' GTX 750' but the GPU core itself actually comes from a GTS 450, if you were thinking of buying this PC I'd stay well away from this one as there could be more fake/counterfeit components in this PC (NEVER BUY PC'S ADVERTISED ON SOCIAL MEDIA).

You can make the search even smaller by knowing it doesn't require a power connector.

TBH, THe PCB looks way too empty to be a Beefy card let alone 4Gb of Vram...

Also the design and nvidia logo looks old and there was very few even top tier cards with 4gb then, probably a workstation variant.

Keep in mind that any replies you get from us are mostly just our best guesses. It's true that this card is probably  a 750 variant but I think you need to talk to your seller. Also, I might add that if your seller doesn't even know what he's selling, maybe don't buy from him?

It does look like it but the plastic on the top corner doesn't ave the blue.

Obviously these are just guesses but the consensus seems to be some kind of 750 ti which would make sense it was very popular for budget systems about 2 years ago.

I would ask the seller.

Nope, not a 750Ti PCB. THe 750TI PCb has a 6Pin connector solder point on the top corner.

neat didnt notice, rest of the PCB is a perfect match from what we see here though. either way the fake card that was posted seems like the most likely option then

Because this is a 100% fake product I suggest you flag the advertisement and get your local trading standards involved as selling fake/counterfeit goods is illegal, if trading standards do take action the person that advertised this PC could fined, put into prison or both.

LOL, no. I'm not ruining someone's life because you think it's a fake card. Doing a google image search using all the parameters given in the above posts, I found several cards that look similar. Basically, it seems like every Tom, Dick, and Harry made GT740s, 750s, and other crap cards. I'm not burning down the proverbial house just to kill an ant.

 

I got the information I needed. Dismissed.
