Bottlenecker.com interesting concept but useless right now.

I like the idea behind this website, but in its current form is absolute garbage... I can dismiss the spelling mistakes as not everyone int he world in English, but the automated calculations are just rediculous... These are just from my old gaming system...

 

I don't mean to crap all over the website as like I said I really do like the concept...

So... I should replace my CPU... with the same CPU?

 

Intel Core i5-3570K @ 3.40GHz with Radeon HD 6950 (x1) will produce 40% of bottleneck. Everything over 10% is considered as bottleneck. We recommend you to replace Radeon HD 6950 with Quadro M4000.

 

So I should replace my graphics card with one of the most expensive options? Which if I do, it then tells me my CPU will cause a bottleneck...

 

 

Any thoughts guys? Am I using it wrong?

it told me that a core 2 quad q9550 will produce a 16% bottleneck on a gtx 1050...

 

i calculated my current system (i5-7400 and gtx 1050) and it says that my gpu is a 22% bottleneck... sure...

 

best gpu for my core i5: *drumroll* Quadro m4000

Why Quadro when the equivalent Geforce card is cheaper if not faster as well?

 

I typed in my build, and it told me to upgrade from a i5-4460 to i7-7700k, which makes my GTX 1070 the bottleneck.

 

I think it's somewhat accurate in finding out bottlenecks, but the suggestions are nothing but dumb.

Use case determines bottleneck more so than the actual harware, gaming on 4k with a titan p vs gaming at 1080p for example, so site is pretty useless tbh.
