Specifically Witcher 3 should have saves under Username\Documents\The Witcher 3\gamesaves

I just need someone to clarify me and I am tired to search, worked all day long >_>

I just need to know one thing, I do not care about any savegame file, except my the witcher 3 one, I would like to know if he savefiles are stored locally or on steam servers or what, and simply to know the way to make sure I can migrate to a new system and carry on in my game.

Should be under "documents" folder.

YOu have one copy on your Steam drive or [USERNAME] Documents folder and another copy on Steam's servers IF YOU HAVE THE OPTION ENABLED.
