Released recently for the 10 year anniversary of the Witcher games, it talks a lot about their development beginning with the cancelled game from the 90s. Found it very interesting.

Reminds me that I should continue to play Witcher 3 sometime in the future. I quit playing at lvl22 or so a half year ago.

You definitely should pick it back up, one of the best games ever and the DLCs are also well worth it.

ye didn't realise it wasn't just straight translations but actual regional adaptions

Yeah, I never realized how much work translating games to different languages actually requires.
