Optimized setting for throttle stop?

I use this app to stop throttling on my pc I disable every thing but speed step and use cpu multiplayer to 36 and chip set modification to 100%

 

im scared I might be ruining my cpu soo I want to ask for ur guys setting?

Heat is what damages all computer components.

 

I've never heard of this program either, but as long as your system temperatures stay in check it shouldn't be damaging anything. If your system gets hot and starts throttling that way, then you should stop using it.
