How to Play PC games in 30 FPS

I cant I just cant, I tried, but anything under 45 gives me the nausea

I could play 30fps just fine, until I bought that damnable 144hz monitor.  My eyes got used to it, and now 30fps looks choppy.  It used to look smooth.

 

Never buy a high refresh rate monitor.
