1. GTX 1060 3gb

2. INTEL i5 6500 NOT K VARIANT 

3. 8GB RAM

ONLY A GAMING TOWER

No. Because the 1060 3GB is exiled and banned from the PCMR, unless on an extreme budget. If you're in the US, $1160 should get you a 1070 at least.

Unless your budget includes monitor, peripherals and OS, or is in a different currency other than USD

Please, don't get an i5. Get a Ryzen 5 1600 with a B350 board, it's much better. If you want to get an Intel CPU wait for Coffeelake i5s. ;)

Get a ryzen 5... not an i5.. i5 are crap nowadays..

 

or wait for coffee lake i5's they should be competitive to ryzen 5
