Looking for a mouse recommendation

Hello, for the last 4-5 years I've been happily using my Razer Mamba 2012 elite edition mouse. But as of late I have started to notice some minor performance issues (ie. in games using scroll wheel to change weapons may resulting in switching twice when you only turn one "notch", and 1 or 2 other minor things). So as such my performance in games can randomly decrease when this/these issues occur. So I'm and looking into finding a replacement for my mouse, as much as I hate to have to. It has been the best mouse I've ever used and lasted the longest (also most expensive at $120 USD at time of purchase). I really like razer's profiles of their mouses but am open to suggestions. If you could please suggest to me what you think I should try out and your experience with it.

Right now their is an amazing deal on Amazon if you are a prime member.. There is no observable input lag compared to a wired mouse so this is a steal of a deal. I have one on the way for me personally.

I use the Razer Naga. It's great if you scroll a lot since it has buttons on the sides where you can have macros or remap certain keys like weapons or in MOBAs you can map your abilities/spells and stuff.

 

If it's too big, try the hex version

As far as game use I mostly play for and arpgs not really a Moba person, I was thinking about the new Razer basilisk but I want to find a display model (that goes for pretty much any mouse I would look at so I can see how it feels before buying)

Thats fine by me. My Corsair Scimitar doesnt have it either. I have my Logitech M560 to do that for me on Fridays at work when I am looking through thousands of emails from work to figure out my weekly timesheet lol.

Have the Scimitar as well, but the RGB only work while you're logged in. It stops working when your on your lock screen. What Is the most of RGB when you can't show it off to other people?!

Honestly I hate RGB lol. I usually have it all static colored and never locked since I use it at home and not in the office. I have all the RGB turned off on my motherboard and the LED colors of my fans are solid white as well as my LED strips inside my case. RGB makes me want to vomit. lol

I have it off too cause my hand is covering it. But when I'm away from my desk, I want it to show its RGB beauty so others can see how awesome my mouse is. Too bad it doesn't do that!

lol. I actually find it more cumbersome as it uses up precious resources and when I am doing things and running my CPU near 100% or at 100% load it freezes and stutters.

If you don't mind keeping wires the Logitech G502 is great for both gaming and in Windows. I got it and love it.

I wish I had gone wireless though as I do like to move my keyboard and mouse (when I used a regular wireless mouse) between the top of my desk and the sliding keyboard/mouse tray, but that is no reflection on the performance of this mouse, I do enjoy it.

Instructions for frustration management:  

1) Sit at desk.   2) Repeatedly slam forehead against desk.

 

I never said I was smart, just smart enough to be dangerous.
