I did a quick Google search and came up empty.

What would happen if you replaced the water from a maintenance-less water cooler with Liquid Metal? I think this would make an excellent video, even if it failed.  Does this exist? How much would it cost.

Please get this idea to the show.

It wouldn't be possible for the pump to move it around the loop but it's not that it hasn't ever been done before.

Would it not be cheaper to buy gallium amalgam for deliding then? I might go this route in the future if that's the case.

I use Liquid metal all round for my i7 7700K, 5.3GHz is pretty fun....... and stock load temperatures of 40°C puts a smile on my face.

Yours faithfully

there are some wicked videos on youtube that demonstrate mercury eating metals.

That's not the only problem with mercury...

but surely having it dissolve every metal it touches is a pretty big problem?

I was talking about cancer, though I guess that's only with methyl mercury. Gallium also has that problem though

yea i wasnt thinking about that, cancer & other disease is the ultimate price of having a liquid metal cooling system that cannot be contained in metal.
