Yes.

 

But are you sure it's really mini hdmi and not mini displayport? Mini HDMI is just not very common on graphics cards.

No. That port on the GPU looks like mini HDMI. You can get a passive adapter cable to upsize it to full HDMI. The two dongles you pictured are mini DisplayPort to HDMI adapters. They only go one way, and your card doesn't have any mini DisplayPorts on it.
