Question about quiet static pressure fans

RzarEater

So I'm looking for quiet and great for radiators when it comes to new fans for my current set-up with the possibility of using them for a later custom water loop.  I would get Noctua, as I know that is the favorite around here, and consistently I see those as the answer everywhere, however I just can't get over the color scheme.  If Noctua would release the black industrial branded fans that Linus covered a few months back, I'd pay the premium for those.  However if those never see the light of day, I still need fans.

So my question is if Noctua (color) is not an option, what brand (and series if possible) of fan would you get for quiet, low rpm, high cfm, radiator use fans?

What about the eLoop is so good?  I hadn't even heard of the company until you all mentioned it.

@WoodenMarker

That's a fair point that I forgot about.

@CoolBeans

Seems like my thoughts of getting at least somewhat of a consensus have back-fired on me.  So far only one brand has gotten more than a single vote.

@marto

Unfortunately, I was hoping to use these fans for radiators once I fan scrape up the cash for a custom loop. I was going to put them in a pull only configuration out of a cleanliness standpoint.

Edit: Though I guess if I added fan filters or something to the intakes, I shouldn't have an issue using them in a push config.
