Pretty sure it's just dead

It kinda turns on, but turns itself back off straight away. It's not an old PC. About a year and a half old.

^ Set on fire could mean you put a lighter over your computer or your fucking power supply exploded.

Be needing more info

The part between the GPU and MOBO was the area on fire. When I opened and looked there was no visual damage of what I could tell. No LED's are on anywhere when turned on but still off.

in that case, your motherboard is 99% dead.

The motherboard is probably dead, the other components may be alright.

Do you know what caused the fire?

@Chenny02 if you're talking about the PCIE connector then the motherboard is probably dead and it's also possible the GPU sustained damages ...

Those are PCIE connectors, that's what caught fire?

Note 7'd. Was just chilling and it shut off. Thought it was an outage but the rest of the power was still on. Turned PC back on. Flames.

Photos (if available) might help...

My number one recommendation: DON'T TURN IT BACK ON until you've figured out what happened. :/

Um...

maybe try switching slots??
