Which is better?

So the fan on my old system has finally kicked the bucket (quite violently I might add). I was wondering which would be better. The Rosewill RCX-Z200 or the Thermaltake TR2-M11. It will be cooling my volcano known simply as "Prescott: 2800". I want whichever provides the best balance between cooling and quiet. I attached links to both below.

Yea I'd save more for a 212.  I'm never buying a "TR2" product ever again after 2 of those power supplies failed on me in a month.  You'd almost be better off using the stock cooler instead of those cheap coolers.

There's a catch guys. The EVO doesn't work on Socket 478. These two do.

Between those two you're better off with a small asian in your PC to manually fan it.

You know what sucks? I made a mounting bracket for my TX3 out of an old case, but I guess the super glue I used was too old, because it broke from the pressure put on it.

its better than those two, by alot, but sadly doesnt fit the socket

This?I have one of those towers and the heatsink is pretty nice,have good aluminum fins and sturdy design.

Edit:forgot to mention these coolers have backplates.

I'll consider that HP, but I hate those Antecs. Had one in the one computer at school at it was noisy as hell.

Change of plans. The volcano isn't compatible, so I'll find my old Northwood, which seems to run a shit-ton cooler. Based on this, then what you recommend?
