Thoughts on WD Blue M.2 drives

I just wanted to check that there aren't any negative thoughts on this drive or a reason why I might not want to get it. I'm planning on getting the 250gb for my XPS 13. Here is a link for the drive:

also whats the difference between 2d nand and 3d nand? is the $10 more for 3d nand worth it for general use for OS, programs, and files?

You cant go wrong with WD ssd's.

Yeah... nowadays WD and SanDisk are the exact same thing, just different brands but same group and same manufactured SSDs, SanDisk SSDs never failed me so I feel a m.2 WD should be good enough if priced according.

Some of the sandisk drives arent the greatest, but from my own testing, WD blue AND wb black ssd's are AWESOME.

Old G25 ones were problematic, it all got sorted out on the last G26 revision I assure you that, got myself quite a few and they all perform as hoped.

@Jrock @Princess Cadence thanks for the help! This was the cheapest 250gb M.2 drive so I guess I can't go wrong with it. I thinik 3D nand is supposed to last longer but I'll have to do some more research on by how much and how reliably it will last longer.

3d nand is more durable and consumes less power
