I have a corsair AX1200 psu from 2012.  I would like to replace the cables with the likes of cable mod but it would seem it is somehow special in regards to the 24 pin.  There are a bunch of in line caps or some such that make it incompatible with other cable kits.  Is it possible to get it from cable mod?

do you have a PSU shroud in your case ? cause than you can just buy a 24pin extender in the colors you want. 

 

otherwise I'd say contact cable mod they are the experts on it.

They do make special kits JUST for the AX1200 I guess
