I see SO many stories of "ASUS support SUCKS" or "Razer support was awful. Never using them again. Don't bother."

I sent my ASUS card in for a fan replacement and it went just fine.

Razer's support was even better.

I, like many users, had the screws for the back panel on my laptop fall out. I bought my Blade off of Craigslist and it's a 2014 model.

Anyways, I wanted to put some GOOD PR on them so here is my entire email transcript. :)

Thanks, Razer!

Good to see. I usually hear more good things than bad about their customer support, the were never personally on my banned list of companies

Everyone has different experiences from all forms of customer service. It is almost a lottery to see if you both get the help you need as well as a friendly representative. For most people it only takes one bad experience for them to black list a company. But glad to see things went well for you ^^

I think the only way to get a very consistent, concierge like costumer service all the time is if you buy something from luxury brands like Clive Christian, Burberry, Rolex, Aston Martin, Rolls Royce, etc.

But hey good experiences happen in the mass market companies too xD.

Always nice to read some positive experiences. I mean those pieces of hardware are pretty expensive. I might add though that I luckily never ever needed Razer customer support. I have a lot of their stuff. The only reason my Black widow got replaced was because I wanted lights. Even after dropping coffee on it, it got cleaned and chugged along fine. I have a lot of Razer stuff and it's good.

I also love Dell monitors but loath Microsoft support and products.
