Would you trust this seller and get this card for this price

 

It seems like I could win the auction but would you guys advise buying a card on ebay. I am in between getting something like this or a 1060 6 gb. 

 

Any suggestions? (Unfortunately craigslist is pretty dead in my area)

That said, 980Ti > 1060

Actually they are, the CoC was recently changed to allow them when relevent. 

 

980ti is much better than 1060 though, no contest. 

Please quote our replys so we get a notification and can reply easily. Never cheap out on a PSU, or I will come to watch the fireworks.
