ASUS 1080Ti Strix light?

So I have a pre-built from Origin PC (yeah, I know, but I didn't exactly know 100% what I was getting into when I got it) and it's coming to the end of the time where I can have them buy back some of the components to put towards the cost of an upgrade. I currently have an ASUS 980 Strix, and it has this annoying-ass light that doesn't ever turn off unless the computer is fully powered down. I was wondering if someone out there with a 1080Ti Strix could tell me if this light is still there, or if they got rid of it. Thanks!

Those lights should be ASUS Aura Sync, they are RGB and software controllable.

EDIT: Looks like Aura Sync is only for the newer GPUs and not with the GTX 980 Strix.

What light?

the one next to the power connector that tells you if it's plugged in or not?

I still have that on my 1070 Strix, so it's safe to assume it's on the 1080Ti too.
