BPhone 2 - Android smartphone Made in Vietnam

I'm curious to know what you guys think about this phone made in Vietnam

 

Spec:

- Price: 9.790.000 VND (~426$)

- IPS 5.5" screen

- 1920x1080 resolution

- Snapdragon 625

- 3GB RAM

- 32GB

- Water and dust resistance

- 16MP rear camera (AI Camera technology)

- 8MP front facing camera

- Quick Charge 3.0

- 3000 mAh battery

- BOS (Android 7.1.2)

- Dual 4G SIM

- USB-C

Doubt this phone is going to break out of it's initial market release. Software updates are probably not going to be quite frequent and reliable, moving on.

Looks like a scamscum/iclone hybrid to be honest. Battery seems pretty small.

Blatant iPhone ripoff, at least the price isn't $1000+ like most flaghips, but then, the specs are not flagship class so it makes sense.

 

Not sure how much I would trust a random no-name maker considering the number of times a budget phone maker has been caught spying on users in one way or another.

They would have better software update since this company has 1 phone, also if more people use it, then they will make better update

In the keynote, they claim that snap625 and BOS and battery can handle 2 days with basic tasks

This phone is made entirely in Vietnam, of course some gears are imported from outside, least from china, and assembled in Vietnam

Ah, alright

Well, the comments about updating are valid as well imo, but other than that and the things I mentioned, seems pretty decent.  Then again it can be hard to tell what something really like until you get it in your hands for a review.

If you intent to get one, they won't sell it outside vietnam. Instead they made a gold version with snap835, 4gb RAM and dual camera

I wonder why they'll only sell it there though, is it just picking a market and sticking to it, or are there perhaps patents and trademarks in other countries that would prevent them from entering...

They will sell the gold one outside vn, first is Dubai

 

And if you don't know, the 1st bphone is a failure so they have to be more careful of the 2nd one
