Ok, at the top left corner of the Origin program, click on the Origin tab

 

Then a menu should pop up and "redeem product code" should be available.

 

There you go.

I bought bf4 though a retailer ( the downloadable version) through their account. Now, i cant download the game, but i have the key.

Can anyone tell me where to download the game and use the key?

go to where your origin games are installed and copy the folder

I mean, maybe if you have a large enough flash drive.  But I'm not sure that EA will allow one paid game on multiple computers.

You should be able to copy the folder with your games and just bring it to your new PC.
