So I'm upgrading from a 3570k to a Ryzen 1600, I was looking at the MSI Mortar Arctic which I think is the best looking MB and of course also have whatever I need.. I was thinking of pairing it up with some Corsair LED memory but I can't find it on the compatability list, so I'm simply wondering if anyone have experience of using this board with my intended memory and if it works even if it's not on the list. The memory is Corsair Vengeance RGB LED DDR4 3200MHz (CMR16GX4M2C3200C16). Its "siblings" seems to be on the list but not this one..

AMD Ryzen R5 3600 | Asrock B450M Steel Legend | ASUS Strix 1070 OC | 2x8GB Corsair Vengeance RGB @ 3000MHz | Corsair RM750X 750W | Samsung 840 EVO 250GB SSD | 2XSeagate Firecuda 2.5" 2TB SSHD | NZXT H400i | NZXT Kraken X62 v.2 AIO

The memory is more than fine for Ryzen in fact I use Vengeance myself and it runs smooth at its rated speed, HOWEVER I would give a second thought about the motherboard, aesthetics is kinda all MSi has that's it... it is a shitty board with shitty BIOS and will most likely give you memory speed issues, most MSi boards are locked on 2666mhz ram frequency.

I would get Asus b350 Prime Pro or AsRock B350 of similar price point, those are much more reliable and will ensure you can overclock your 1600 to 3,9ghz~4ghz while fully utilizing your ram speed of 3200mhz.
