CM hyper 212 turbo better than evo?

I wanted to ask is this cooler better than the cm hyper 212 evo? This looks the same as 212 evo but this has two fans. I wanna know if this one will perform better than the 212 evo or not?

It's the same cooler with just another fan slapped on. Get something like the cryorig h7

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Isn't that the one with LED fan? Same thing. Like said above, you could get better deal with H7 if its cheaper. Or go bit more expensive and get Pure Rock.
