Hi guys, so a while back I tried to log into Snapchat, and it worked finally as I was able to Bypass safetynet using SuHide.

However, I logged out by accident and I can't get back in. SuHide doesn't work on devices after November 2016.

I want to log into Snapchat, and I know the only thing that is preventing me is SafetyNet not verifying my device. It's not Xposed or whatever.

Anyone know how to bypass SafetyNet? I have an S6 Edge+ chinese version (SM-G9280)

Oh and btw, this is a Chinese phone, it does not come with Google Play or any of that, so you will have to root in order to get it.

I'm in NA, this is a phone from China.

I can use Play Store but only when I root the phone, and when you root the phone it doesn't allow SafetyNet to bypass as far as I know.

yes

1- root your phone

2- install a custom recovery

3- install a new ROM

Ok, do you know where to find the ROM for this phone? Sorry I'm a noob at this

either:

- flash stock rom then use Magisk to hide from SafetyNet

- flash global rom and keep it unrooted (if one exists)

Google has a feature integrated into Play Services that detects root and allows apps to detect root.

It's called SafetyNet, and it's used for apps like Android Pay, Pokemon Go, and Snapchat.

idk

Yeah I've already rooted my phone, and I have TWRP recovery. I just need a link to the Global ROM itself

He's already rooted and that's how he got into this situation.

What's the model number of your phone? You should be able to find it on SamMobile and flash it.

idk

Model number is SM-G9280. If I flash that ROM then that'll just be the stock rom that came with my phone, no Google Play or anything.

Which one of the ROMs is the global ROM?

"global" ROM doesn't really exist, you can try to find an ASOP ROM.

yeah, I saw that, your phone is from a very locked down country, not many westerners have it, the only way you can have roms for a device is when a dev gets their hands on it, you can try to flash gapps, not sure how successful it will be.

It actually works pretty well, downloads everything, and doesn't crash.

I have Google Play existing on my phone, do I need to uninstall it to use Gapps properly?

you need google play services to make everything google work, use a trusted site like APK mirror

There is thing called google and XDA search, USE IT

You also could try other roms and flash magisk after or most custom rom have it built it now.

Can't find any custom ROMs for the SM-G9280.

I can't flash magisk for some reason using TWRP. Having stock ROM won't let me use TWRP for whatever reason, so I have to root to get TWRP. Am I doing something wrong or is there another way to get Magisk without root?
