CPU GPU combo?

So right now I have an i3 6100 with a 750 ti, im looking to upgrade the 750 ti to a 1070. Now I know that that is a huge bottleneck, but I was wondering, would that bring a hug performance bump in my system? Im probably not gonna keep that 1070, i3 6100 combo for long, after I grab the 1070 ill probably upgrade the i3 to a ryzen 7 1700x. But let me know how much more performance I will wield with this 1070
