Overclock temps

I have i7-6700k OC'd to 4.6 ghz and at idle its around 30 and full load its 65 degrees celsius is that normal or should i worry

It's fine, esspcially for an OC CPU. Having the CPU break 80 more than seldom is the general rule of thumb for temps.
