Screws won't fit in bracket for x52 kraken

I'm installing a x52 kraken aio on my msi  z270 xpower titanium. I installed the back plate but I can't put the lga 2011standoffs into the front of the back plate. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

The z270 isn't socket 2011

Main System:

(Abit Fatal1ty FP9 IN SLI, C2Duo E8400, 6 GB Ram DDR2 800, far too less diskspace, Gainward Phantom 560 GTX broken need fixing)

I've never installed the Kraken (or released it xD) but sounds like you may be using the wrong hardware.  Do you have 1151 standoffs?
