Those tamps ar 100% good. Had a I7 620M that run at 99C under load and 60C ideaal

I have repasted and dusted the laptop from head to toe even reinstalled the windows few times thinking it was a bad install but even on idel the I-5 processor sits at 46-50*c and when I browse it goes to 50-65*c when I play league of legends it hits 70-80*c can someone suggest a very good laptop cooler for 20$ and under. That would help?

Pretty normal temps for a laptop.  If you aren't getting a performance drop then I really wouldn't stress over it.  I have heard mixed reviews on laptop coolers.

You need XTU from intel. No need for the bios. please watch the video before doing anything. Becas you can kill your cpu if you do it rong
