Use the buttons on the monitor to reset its positioning settings to factory default

So I recently got a larger 1080p monitor but when i first set it up it had parts stretched off the screen forcing me to downscale the display to 1864x1056. Obviously this causes the picture to become blurry so my question is if anyone knows of a way to fix this without giving up resolution.

Are there buttons on the monitor? One of them should open a menu. Use the other buttons to navigate it. You'll get the hang of it quickly.
