AIO Liquid Cooler has white floaties in it

I purchased a swiftech h220 aio cooler about a year ago every couple months I take apart my computer to clean out the dust and this last time I noticed my cooler has some white material floating inside, the pump has also been louder recently.  Is this normal?  Should I get it replaced under warranty?

AIOs aren't supposed to be opened up. Doing so, you've voided your warranty

If it still have warranty, I would return it.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't it that swiftech AIO that wasn't using a biocidal agent? I don't wish to alarm, but I've heard a couple of weird stories.

1) He said he took apart his computer to clean it, not take apart the cooler.

 

2) The swiftec AIOs are expandable, they're specifically made to be opened up, and it does not void warranty.

 

3) They are also bad, so if he can get a replacement then good, but even better would be to get his money back and buy a better cooler.
