Looking for 'light gaming' tablet

I'm looking for a small 7-9" tablet for light gaming, mainly Stardew Valley. I've been looking at the Chuwi Hi8, but i'm skeptical that the specs would be able to handle much of anything at all. It seems like the windows tablets in general are more expensive with less specs. I'm hoping to find a solution like this, rather than waiting for the Switch release and buying a console + another copy of the game.

Nvidia Shield Tablet. The only one I can think of that's designed for games. It does cost $600 not including shipping though

? You can stream Steam games from PC to Shield tablet for sure, but Shield itself runs Android, so it can play games from Pay Store without the help of a PC.

Stardew Valley is available on Steam as well as GoG. I'm cool with buying another copy if I need to, but i'm looking, specifically for a cheap-ish device that either runs windows already or can be modified to run windows. I've already tried several stream/VM solutions like moonlight, teamviewer, splashtop to no avail. Is it possible to install windows natively on an android device? I've been looking at this device "Chuwi Hi8" https://www.amazon.com/CHUWI-Hi8-Operating-Android4-4-Bluetooth/dp/B019LPV756

 

It seems like it would do the trick, however, my only concern is the processor and lack of RAM.

The Shield K1, if you have an Nvidia graphics card you stream natively on the tablet, I have streamed Witcher 3 with pretty good results and lesser games with excellent result.  Stardew Valley shouldn't be any trouble at all.  I bought mine new for under $200 US but not sure where you can find them now days.
