What temperature monitoring software you use?

The sensors on FM2 show incorrect temperature if you are not using the AMD software (I don't remember the name).

If the temperature is 90°C+ and CPU fan is not running at 100%, you're fine.

I would definitely take note of what @WereCat said. Some AMD CPUs have weird temperature readouts on some programs.

What temps you get in BIOS? And what was error code for BSOD? The temps in that pic are bit odd. Mobo is reporting normal temps, which would lead to believe that CPU sensor has some issues. But as you have closed Utilization dropdown which would show how much load there is, hard to say for sure.
