Witcher 3 sudden fps drops and freezed

for about 2-4 seconds it's really annoying

 

what can I do?

check for driver updates, how often does this happen? did you install a new windows update or download a new anti virus?

I have the latest upptates,only when I play witcher, a few weaks ago I installed kaspersky secirty the anti virus, but it was weeks ago

Yes it says memory size 11264 MBytes
