The SSD will not be Abe to hold nearly as many games and the SSD might affect lading times but that is all. You won't see an FPS boost from switching. 

 

If anything you should get one for your Windows install and put all your programs that aren't games on the SSD first then you can load some games on it.

Why not? It won't make games run with more fps, but boot time, starting apps etc should be so much more snappier.
