Mayhems Pastel Extreme: Color = nano particles?

https://mayhems.co.uk/coolants/pastel-coolants/pastel-extreme-100ml/mayhems-pastel-extreme-white-100ml/

I have been running Mayhems Pastel Extreme in my system for almost a year now. I noticed today that the color had disappeared, leaving almost clear water behind (I would say the change happened almost over night, at most a few days).

Now the question is, does lost color means the nano particles have disappeared as well?

I'm using EK ZMT (Zero Maintainance Tubing), so that might have something to do with it, but its strange that it have taken almost a year for the effect to show.

For the time so have I added more of the pastel in, just in case.

I speak my mind, sorry if thats a problem.

As pastel ages the nanoparticles tend to clump or stick to contaminates or themselves in the loop and more readily settle out. Sometimes it's not a problem if the fluid still is the proper PH just be a matter of resuspending most of the particles with a little shake or running the system if left for long periods of inactivity.

It happened while the system is running. And yes, I got a powerful enough pump.

The fresh pastel mixed in correct and it was the same bottle that I used to fill it last time, so same age on both.

Sounds like the particles have settled out somewhere in the loop, that would be a temporary fix but your most likely going to need to drain and clean out the loop with new fluid.

It will stay together till Parvum is done with my new case. Hopefully I can start building next month.
