cheap staff School pc's

hello, I am doing some work at a secondary school in England and we need about 5 new staff PCs.

They need to be:

• under £200
• Have a CPU with 2GHz minim
• 120gb SSD
• VGA or DVI output's
• 4Gb Memory
• Small form factor case (mounted to the back of monitor if possible).
• any second-hand part must have at least a 2-year warranty.

I'd get some Dell Optiplex's, throw in an SSD, maybe more ram and call it a day.

Thanks we have taken off the video card and changed the processor to an FX-4300 and are currently deciding on the case. Thanks for the help!!
