Best 600W for under 80 USD

Paragon_X

So I will be likely upgrading to a ryzen 5 1600 soon, and I am looking to make my budget as limited as possible (not cheap out just the best performance per $$).
Complete Specs should be:
Hopefully an Asus motherboard when they will be in stock
Midly OC'd r5 1600 (until a custom lool arrives in 2-3 months hopefully @ 4.0 )
16gb DDR4 3200
GTx 1070 FTW2 OC'd
1 ssd
1 HDD

I have read the list on pinned topic and scoured the internet.

I am between:
Seasonic M12II Evo 620 Watt (2 weeks wait time :< )
BE quiet Pure power 10 600w

Could I get away with a 550w safely (mainly looking at Seasonic M12II evo 520w) ? The PC will work overtime for sure. Not always on load but surely  will do many days without shutting down.

If you could give me some opinions on the companies below
1) Thermaltake has some nice prices but it is Thermaltake so I cant trust them completely
2) LC Power

//Case: Phanteks 400 TGE //Mobo: Asus x470-F Strix //CPU: R5 2600X //CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i v2 //RAM: G-Skill RGB 3200mhz //HDD: WD Caviar Black 1tb //SSD: Samsung 970 Evo 250Gb //GPU: GTX 1050 Ti //PSU: Seasonic MII EVO m2 520W

LC Power, I would stay away from them, mainly cheap PSU's with low quality.

No problem with taking a 550W though, the Focus 550 from Seasonic is right under 80 USD at newegg, also you might want to have a look at Corsair's TX- lineup

The Seasonic should be fine. 520W is much more than your system would draw.
