Design for 1080ti trisli

Go to solution Solved by Princess Luna,

Founders Edition.

Hi :)

I would like to know what would be the best card design for 3 way sli, I see a lot of people saying reference is the best, but could anyone confirm this? What would be the difference with custom design such as this gigabyte card?

So true it hurts

1080ti 3 way SLI isn't supported except for workstations but founders would work the best in that config

Im mostly on discord now and you can find me on my profile

My Build: Xeon 2630L V, RX 560 2gb, 8gb ddr4 1866, EVGA 450BV

My Laptop #1: i3-5020U, 8gb of DDR3, Intel HD 5500

Ok I am just asking a question and all I get is useless answers.. You can get 3 and 4 way sli to work in games with Nvidia Inspector. But that's not the question, I want to know if three founder's edition is the best choice for cooling.

Edit :

So true it hurts

But why even bother? Your asking a useless question. Its known that SLI past two is garbage, and even two doesnt even scale well in most games, generally its only 20-50%, with some games going higher. Just dont waste your money on this pointless endevor.

Oh well your either a troll or someone really wanting to waste an additional 750$ for 0 performance gain. 3 FES custom loop, otherwise it honestly does not matter what you do.

I appreciate it, I would like to point out that since all FE cards are close to the same you should probably go for EVGA as their Warranty and Costumers Support is the best, my brother RMA a 980ti B-stock refurbished with coil whine and they sent us a brand new 1080ti after charging just 200$ price difference, it end up being a 1080ti for 450$ sweet!
